Our production room has all the latest equipment.  We submit a two minute feature every month to AFN and record two 30 second radio spots for AFN every week.  Four of our PSA's are still running on TV--from anti gang to anti depression.  A senior video yearbook is the highlight of the school year.  This year we have two beginning video classes and two advanced classes.

PTV has had a lot of guests--including Mayor Rommel, Papa Roach, The Murder Dolls, tennis stars Alexandria Stevenson, the Williams sisters, and Lindsay Davenport,  and Mr Abel Assistant Secretary of Defense, John F Kennedy's sister, and Elliot Yamin. We have also done shout out to the troops from the San Diego Padres!

This is our control room where we use computers as teleprompters, a videonics titler and two MX1 video mixers --one for chromakey and one to mix our news shows, a soundboard, and mics for announcers.
 
We also record our two AFN radio spots each week hear called Patch Talk and Sports Talk.
 
AFN now allows us one spot a month on tv channel 15 for 2 minutes 30 seconds called Patch Panorama.

Here you will learn about what we do in my various classes--some of the sylllabus of each class, some pictures of what we do daily, and a section for our projects for that quarter and any homework that the student can do. You can also e-mail me on this site or on the e-mail address that you were sent by our school.

On this Home page, the "doorway" to my site, I'll introduce myself and talk about my reasons for wanting a web site. Here are some pictures of me and some of my students. I am not allowed to use the students full names on the page, but I might refer to them by their first names.
